Poem 4
It's not enough to say that nowThat I felt it in a passing hourI've grown to know I feel aloneI feel more distant from you thoughI had thought to take advantage ofWhat counts as being memorableSpeaking fairly, maybe you should knowBut, to care comes in certain terms ofDelivery from mine own positionIn ease of what should have beenA mistake to find regretClearly now; articulate
First a dream to you to herStepped upon for reconcileNot at all though to boreBroaching which is fragileIn both things I find meaningSeems similar in readingI know that I had touched youIn the way a lover might doLost I did not on whimThoughtful carried the actionYou reached me once in a similar ventureIs not it all not pertained in measure? But to feel as though to blame be foundAs I work through my account Words find me troubled, as IGo through my muddled mindWishing so many things are not theyWhat a wild way to say dismayYou are in truthMore to me than I to youBut let this hold in any toneFeelings are not beautifulFlowers do at then bloomRises yet shadows moonPoems hold an artists heartPaintings draw your partI long and yearn though feeling wholeFor I do that to be hopefulDoes it make sense of that nowIt springs eternally, too
