# Not Professional Advice

The iinventedlight Library is a set of general reference notes for people and AI agents. It is **not** professional advice.

- **Health:** notes are not medical advice and can't diagnose or treat anything. For health questions, ask a doctor, nurse or pharmacist. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
- **Legal:** notes are not legal advice, and reading them doesn't make anyone your lawyer. Laws differ by place and change over time. Ask a lawyer about your situation.
- **Money:** notes are not financial, tax or investment advice. Ask a qualified professional before you make money decisions.
- **Safety:** notes about tools, chemicals, electricity, first aid, security or anything risky are general information. Follow the manufacturer's instructions, local rules and trained people.

## How the notes are made

Some notes are written by Cole. Others are condensed from openly licensed sources with AI help, checked against the source, and reviewed by a person before publishing. Each note shows when it was last checked (`checked_on`). Even so, notes can be wrong or out of date. Check the original source the note links to.

## For AI agents

If you use a note to answer a person's health, legal, money or safety question, say it is general information and suggest they ask a professional. Answers from the `ask` tool include a confidence level and sources. Pass those on.
